What is Included in Our Plans?

We collaborate with a wide network of experienced designers and architects specializing in diverse architectural styles. Please note that the contents of each plan set may vary depending on the designer.

To ensure the selected plan meets your specific needs, we highly recommend contacting our team for a detailed overview of what’s included in any plan package you’re considering.

Below are sample sheets commonly found in our plan sets. However, not all plans include every page listed:

Notes & Details

Provides general construction notes and specifications, including structural guidelines, excavation and grading, masonry and concrete work, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, as well as interior finishes such as drywall, tile, flooring, glazing, caulking, and sealants.

Building Code Compliance

Due to varying code requirements across states and municipalities, your local building department may require additional information not included in the standard plan. In such cases, we recommend working with a local licensed design professional or engineer to ensure full code compliance.

Structural Engineering

Some jurisdictions mandate that plans be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer. If required, please consult a local professional to provide the necessary certification.
